It’s not often that I ask for help, but unfortunately, help is sometimes needed.
I’d like you all to meet my step-sister, Kristy. Gorgeous in every way, and very passionate about soaps on TV (Eastenders is always a good one ;)).
She has Cerebral Palsy which is a condition that affects muscle control and movement, this was caused by brain damage during birth, she is 100% wheelchair bound and has been since birth, she is also partially sighted and has severe learning
difficulties. She requires 24/7 care. Although she lives with her mum, her 4 brothers, her sister and her dad live over 100 miles away. She would love to stay over at their homes, but as they are all at least two-story homes, it is impossible for her to get around. And this is why I am asking for your help.
Meet the ScalaMobil. -CLICK HERE FOR A VIDEO- The ScalaMobil will enable Kristy to see her family and stay for overnight visits, something that for 22 years she has not been able to do. It will enable Kristy to go to parties, weddings and places that have, so far, been impossible to access.
